I'm a longtime cybersecurity professional who currently manages multiple clients' Exposure Management and Vulnerability Management programs. I provide ongoing consulting for program improvement to executives, program leads, and other customer groups.
I'm currently responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple IBM client accounts including customer management, program support, financial review and oversight, and internal process development and maturity efforts. This involves expert management and support for Tenable, Qualys, Rapid 7, and other exposure management platforms. I guide the configuration, strategic operation, purchasing, management, and ongoing execution of successful vulnerability and exposure management systems across on-premises and cloud environments.
I drive customer program maturity from initial vulnerability assessments and management processes, to risk-based vulnerability management programs and growth into exposure management capabilities.
I spend a good amount of time providing the sizing, scoping, and pricing for new customer engagements including responding to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP). I regularly present and represent the IBM Exposure Management Services team for client presentations and reviews. Finally, I lead the implementation of initial transition and transformation efforts.
